During our Styling Evaluation, we walk through your property with you and give actionable feedback on first impressions, furniture placement, art and accessories, color suggestions, overall recommendations, and staging tips.

Within 48 hours of the consultation, we will send your full report with prioritized action items. You decide whether you are a do-it-yourselfer or if you want to roll the consultation into a staging day where we handle it all for you.

After your Styling Evaluation, you have the option to book a Photo Styling Session. Let our team knock out your home staging to-do list so that you don’t have to worry about the details.

Hands-on photo styling session includes:

  • Up to 6 hours with 2 team members

  • Re-accessorizing—for a fresh look that feels inviting

  • Relocating furniture to maximize space

  • Making beds, sprucing up countertops and styling shelves

  • Installation and styling of rental furniture and accessories
