Our Rental Design Consultation is aimed at complementing your marketing strategy with design. We will meet with you (in person or virtually) to learn more about the space, timeline and marketing strategy.

We will assess the property and provide you with a DIY action plan that includes:

Design direction and inspiration to connect with your target market
Furniture and accessory layouts to maximize profitability
Design board and digital floor plans
Detailed shopping list—from furniture to accessories
Budget planning resources

Rental Photo Styling

While your real estate team gets your rental logistics locked in, our team will give your space the white glove treatment. Rest assured, your furnishings will be skillfully arranged so your spaces feel luxurious. From artwork to rugs—lighting to table accessories—we’ll tend to details with the same thoughtfulness as if it were our own home.

Concept to Installation Full-Service Rental Design

Our team serves as project managers, so you will have a showcase property to add to your portfolio on time and on budget.

This service includes a totally custom style concept: selecting, purchasing, and furnishing all furniture and décor; receiving, delivery and installation.

This option also begins with a Design Consultation.
